The Lockit feature is missing form the iPad version of the Regions app, a valuable feature included on the iPhone. The iPad version is missing several card/account management features offered by the phone app. The less capable device has all the crucial functions on the smaller screen. To the better eyesight goes the spoils, apparently.

mobile snap fails so often - I am referring to "bank" printed check - should be zero issues scanning using regions mobile electronic deposit - lacks touch ID - and I receive zero email txts alerts, from regions, was working - then stop / they have no answer - i have an iphone 6S -

Thank You for improving this app. It works great now!!! Please consider adding TouchID. The absence of touched is the only reason i did not give the app 5 stars.

love it - easy to use, everything I need in a mobile banking app.... well done Regions!

It was an okay app until I tried to log in after iOS update and found out that its not compatible with iOS devices (iphone, ipod, ipad). I cant even use the online version to customize my check card... Not compatible with iOS devices... Really Regions?

It gets the job done but where is the touch ID?

App keeps saying unable to process at this time when logging in. Such a inconvenience. Please update it.

Ive been with regions for over 3 years now and owned a smartphone even longer. I have never come across a more broken pathetic app than this one. I only use it to check the balance of my account and make sure all my bills have been taken care of and I usually have to delete and re download it 3738483 times for it to even work. Most recently I have deleted it 5 separate times only to get a "request unable to be processed at this time" message every time I try to log in. Stevie wonder could play pictionary better than this app could do its job. Fix your broken app.

I am going to switch banks because of this.

Really need to implement Touch ID to make this mobile banking app convenient and useful. Or make App compatible with the 1Password app.

This app is terrible! The remember me feature has never worked. They charge you for the online check deposit. The app is not available all the time.

No Touch ID, the app doesnt remember my login even though I selected that feature. No interaction with customer service. This app is old school. Needs work.

Since the update this app will not: save the username, it displays the incorrect balance, and it is very slow showing your recent transactions (unpleasantly SLOW). Please fix!

Have a family members account to transfer fund to online. Doesnt show up on the app?

No Touch ID, terrible UX, often flawed. Regions needs to get it together or Im finding a new bank.

I feel like the app needs Touch ID verification and it needs some updating to the way it looks and works.
