I can do what I need to but most times I just want to know whats in my account super quickly. The app doesnt actually remember my username. Ever. And it would be great if Touch ID were an option...

This app is great for tracking my expenditures but it never remembers my username, a bug I guess.

We save you money by depositing online and you charge for it? Come on regions. Bad for customers. Credit union here I come.

Since I upgraded to the April 4,2016 update ,mobile deposit no longer works. I get a Code 212 each time I submit the check photos for the identical deposit I make each month. No differences in the check deposited but date

Ive been a Regions customer since they bought out First Alabama in 199?. Im tired of dealing with crap like this subpar app. Not only can I not delete and re-install it like you recommend to use a simple "remember me" function, but it wont let me open or delete it. The ONLY reason Im still with you is because there is a branch within walking distance from where I live. However, the next closest branch is 20mins away. Charlotte, NC is a banking town! Ive got plenty of options to take my business elsewhere. Get your s**t together Regions!!

Please Fix Type Error: null is not an object (evaluating frmAccountsVA.button104173295325777.setEnabled). It pops up every time i open the app.

Nice app but it seems to be a bit behind other banks. I bank with 2 other banks and both of their apps are more advanced. Biggest amongst other things is the ability to log in with your fingerprint. This saves a lot of time as well as a good security measure when youre logging in around someone by chance.

After the update, the app stayed grayed out and theres no way to open it or delete it. Tried resetting the phone and nothing.

Why have you still not made Touch ID log-in available?

I check my balances, make transfers between my accounts, I get alerts-never had any problems. Not sure why people complaining...I remember my user is and password, so I have no problem typing it in-and if someone cant remember their stuff its not an apps fault ;) I havent been to the an actual branch since I opened my accounts (March 2015)....

App still doesnt remember user id so I have to put it in every time I use the app, which can be very frustrating. Please fix and Ill give 5 stars.,

"Please uninstall and reinstall to fix problem"...I have NEVER had an app ask me to do that. Your update should fix my problem. I shouldnt have to go through 5 extra steps to fix your problem. Plus, it didnt even fix my problem (this is a theme). I love Regions Bank, but come on! Your app would be impressive if it were 2002. Newsflash-its 2016. Talk to me after youve taken some pointers from Chase and Citis apps (*cough cough* TouchID, overall design, etc.)

Fix your app. It wont remember my username. Also, does not show my recent charges sometimes.

Of all my finance apps Regions is far and away the most behind. It severely needs the thumbprint login capability. Catch up with the times almost every current phone and tablet uses it. The setup is bland and theres no way to see simple things like your own routing number through the app.

I cannot open this app it will not let me delete it it will not let me open it it will not do anything I absolutely hate it and thinking of changing banks because of it

Fix the remember my User ID on iOS and it gets 5 stars.

Why cant I access my statements through the app ? Is any one else having this problem ?
