Regions Mobile App Reviews

Desperately needs Touch ID and force touch capabilities. What is more, remote deposit NEVER works. The app is always "unable to process" deposits. I switched to Regions because BancorpSouths online experience was behind. Im afraid that Regions isnt exactly miles ahead.

I recently switched from 5/3 to regions due to a regions branch being much closer to our home. This app works fine, but 5/3 bank had Touch ID on their app, which made signing in to check balances a breeze. Also, it seems petty to charge $.25 for mobile deposits.

Thanks for the bug fixes but please add Touch ID to log in in the next update.

Recommend adding touch ID option for login. Fingerprints are amazing!

Still having issues with the remembering the login. Doesnt keep your login info at all. Wth

Yet another update and still no Touch ID. Regions - when will Touch ID be added?

Every new update never fixes the same issues. Such as: no Touch ID. Update requires new sign in and doesnt remember user id. This new update didnt even recognize my sign in credentials until I deleted and reinstalled the app. Also, it never works past midnight until like 2-3 in the morning. I have regions checking, but not for much longer. This bank is not part of the technological movement and is falling behind fast. Add Touch ID or Im out regions.

This app is so far behind other banking and credit apps that I use its pitiful! First off, they need to get up to date with the password. All my other apps allow me to use my fingerprint to log in which makes it easy! Second, if your not going to do that, my information needs to be saved so I dont have to keep typing my password in! Third, Ive logged on numerous times and seen my balance as $0.00 when we know we have thousands in the bank.Lastly, it doesnt remember my Username even when I have "Remember my Username" selected. Very frustrating app to deal with and sometimes makes me wish I banked somewhere else. This app seriously needs some updating and with Regions being such s big bank youd think theyd keep this up to date!

It never fails that this app doesnt work. It just pulls up on my checking and savings account $0.00. Of course I freaked the first time but checked it on the computer and it was fine.

Why wouldnt this app have Touch ID? It seems really odd. Add this PLEASE! Also, whats up with banking being down early in the morning? It seems your tech staff is a bit out of the loop. These issues alone are a reason I may actually consider switching banks.

No Touch ID over 2 years later is pitiful and shows just how far behind Regions is. Complete lack of caring, because if they did care, this app would be at least half of what other institutions have out there. Regions is a joke. Oh, and get with the program on charging for mobile deposits as well. Other banks do it much better and much simpler, AND THEY DONT CHARGE FOR IT!

Every update causes my username to not be remembered. Why does this app not have TouchID like every other bank?!

The app hasnt allowed me to log in for about a week now. Every time I go to enter my information is always read "unable to process information at this time". As anyone else had these issues?

It would be easier to log in with fingerprint ID

Same as every other review below me. Please get this app up to speed with other banking apps!! So annoying!

Please update your app. It is very elementary compared to other banking apps, well most apps in general. The MOST ANNOYING thing about it is the fact that I cannot use my thumbprint for signing in. It should at the very least save my log in credentials. I don't know why the "remember me" choice is even on there; other than to tick everyone off by making them sign in every time.

So old compared to other banking apps. I think the worst part is that it NEVER remembers my user ID even when I constantly choose the option for it to do so. The fact that it can't do something that simple is very annoying

wont let me save my id login I have to enter it each time, also cannot access at night for some reason besides that great app

The app UI is horrible. Its like a bad version of the website. Every update it forgets my ID to sign in and the only way to get it to remember my ID again is to delete the app and download it again. Also, Touch ID has been out for years and theres still no option to use it to sign into the app. Regions should look at other banking apps to see how it should be done. Every other banking app I use is a lot better than this one.
