Works Great!

I use this app literally every payday to deposit my work checks which are always immediately deposited when I use the instant deposit option. 3-5% with a minimum of $5.00 might be high for some people, but for me its definitely worth having instant access to my money. I also use the app to kep track of my current account balance; never had a problem yet. Great app!

Profoundly flawed

This is a profoundly flawed app. It locks up consistently. On occasion, reinstalling the app helps, but for such a large financial institution, they should really be embarrassed.

Terrible App

Get it fixed! I am unable to deposit a check. It doesnt remember my ID. No Touch ID.

Could use an update

This app could use an update. Sometimes it keeps me from logging in when I really need to see my account balance. Other than that, its decent.

Text alerts down

Reps cant tell me whats going on frustrated..

Design

Its a steady app , and works good , but the design is just so simple and ugly . Great colors , just it be nice for it to be more modern day look. Plus can you do a thumbprint security thing instead of having to re-log in every time.

Pile of crap

STEP IT UP REGIONS

Every. Single. Time. If I update my iOS, I must then delete and reinstall the app in order for my username to be saved. Would be a moot point if there was TOUCH ID.

Login issues

Am I the only one unable to login? Mines keep saying unable to process this request at this time

Unable to process request

Been getting same error for 2 days! I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing Help?!? Is there going to be an update?

Do they even care about the reviews?

Every time I get a new phone or update the os I have to enter both my user id and password when I login. I guess I have to delete and reinstall the app, its very inconvenient. Like they told me a the branch, regions is stuck on old ways, archaic methods. Touch ID would be great to have. Please, keep up with technology. Seems like they dont like to make things easy and convenient for customers. Once you get past that the app does it job.

Please re-write this app

The login experience is terrible. It never remembers your credentials. The app feels like a cheaply developed web app that is glitchy.

User name

So far deprecation works fine, the only issue that I have is that it does not remember the username. If this is fixed it will be perfect.

Worst Banking App

This app is so out of date and doesnt work properly half the time. Never remembers user name ...has to be reloaded with update ... and the latest it says constantly unavailable at this time.

Terrible app

Fix the glitches. I have the same complaints everyone else does. Ive deleted it and re downloaded it 10 times at least. Still it wont remember my log in I.D.

Decent app for a decent bank

They finally figured out how to remember your name on sign in. Still dont know why Im paying fees to deposit my money. Oh well.

Inconsistent

As it nears 2017, it should be obvious that mobile banking apps are a stable for working adults and/or companies. So it baffles me as to how Regions banking app lags behind on every single feature compared to other banks. This is ridiculous and I would be more forgiving if the app was new! And for the people confused on the bad reviews-not sure what app you all have that you cannot see the issues because any other mobile bank app is light years ahead of this one! I dont know if they just dont care or if the developers are lost, but after so many complaints seen in the reviews time after time-you would think they would get it right by now! I have to assume they could care less about their customers frustrations with the app. When the app works, it works fine for basic needs. However, the main issue is the functionality and inconsistency with this app! The purpose of mobile banking is to be able to log in quickly and securely on the go, along with being assured you can actually do this! My pet peeves with the Regions app are: 1. The sign in process. If the developers cannot figure out how to code this to adjust with phone updates then hire trained people who can!!!!! Having to type everything in each time is stupid. Especially, when there is a "remember me" button (that fails to work with any update) 2. It never fails: every single time I am in a crunch and need to transfer some cash quickly and unexpectedly- the app will fool you by letting you put all your info in and then the dreaded message "unable to process request". This is foolish for it to happen all the time. And it certainly happens around any holidays for some reason. So users end up having to just open their browsers and do their banking that way! Beats the purpose of the app The developers have had ample time to fix this app. If they cant fix it, bring in people with more skill who can. Its not a hard concept. The app is decent and will serve its purpose when it is actually working so kudos on that! But, please listen to customers and fix these issues. There are way too many prototypes available for this to be an issue.

Add ID touch, username is not remembered

Had to type my user name and password each time signing in By now should have updated to the touch ID!. At least fix the "remember my username" function It is not working

I cant remember an update not related to fixing the "remember user name" bug... Im tired of "complaining", if regions wants feedback then Download Amex, simple, practically any other banking app and copy their work. Minimally, use the fingerprint sensor already.

Disappointing

Still no Touch ID. Even my small credit union has Touch ID now. Simply disappointing
