Why make an App if it never works?

Ive been with regions for over 3 years now and owned a smartphone even longer. I have never come across a more broken pathetic app than this one. I only use it to check the balance of my account and make sure all my bills have been taken care of and I usually have to delete and re download it 3738483 times for it to even work. Most recently I have deleted it 5 separate times only to get a "request unable to be processed at this time" message every time I try to log in. Stevie wonder could play pictionary better than this app could do its job. Fix your broken app.
