I only use this app to check my account balance on a daily; and or transfer funds from my checking to my savings. Sadly, as of not so recent, this app has become more of a pain in the butt instead of a time saver. It keeps forgetting my user ID. Ive used this app for well over 2yrs and it just keeps forgetting my info. Sometimes it wont even let me log in. Ill press the My Account button and itll just blink. I dont like having to go ONLINE when I have the app on my home screen. Whoever is the creator of this app, they need to fix It properly; instead of just updating it and making it even worse!

it used to be worth about three stars but now its sunken to one.

Quite possibly one of the most poorly designed apps Ive used. When it actually does open the buttons may or may not work, there is no Touch ID function, the app forgets your "remember me" login function (and asks for you to delete and reinstall it - which Ive done far too many times). Time and time again Regions has released half-functioning updates that do nothing to help and even further exacerbate problems - its bad enough to consider switching banks.

after the last update my app doesnt even work anymore. it wont let me delete it or open it

Wont let me stayed logged in I have updated this app 2-3 times and it still wont stay logged in..

How do you delete this app? Its froze on my phone and I cant delete it.

Every time yall "update" the app you make it worse!!! It no longer saves the user id even after is asks you if you would like to. And the darn thing doesnt respond to you tapping on it at times!!

Everytime I have to login to use the app which is really tiring. Please introduce finger scan and remember id option like other bank apps.

There could be a couple things that you guys could work on. YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO ADD ITOUCH

My app will not work at all! I tried updating about a month back and it still has not updated, nor will it allow me to delete the app and reinstall. App is just stuck on my iPhone not working now. Will not recommend to anyone!!

This bank doesnt do anything well. I came for the bonus and will leave after the 6 months. They dont have great anything. I dont know why anyone with options would use this third world company.

The only thing Im very dissatisfied with about this app is it will not remember user id and Ive tried everything.

Please fix this. I have to fill in all my credentials every time I open the app. Used to only do password. Even when Ive selected "remember me". I have another banking app that allows you to login with Touch ID on the iPhone. Please add this feature. It wastes so much time for me to type username and password every single time.

This app is awful. It is extremely dated and needs a facelift. It is not optimized for the new iPhones with larger screens. It DOES NOT remember user IDs. Its sad how bad this app is.
