The app wont update and I cant open it and I cant delete it

In a word... Pathetic. It wont remember my login ID. It said to delete and reload it so I did... Still wont work. No option for logging in with thumb print or a PIN. If I check my balance around midnight it shows a balance of $0. For a national bank chain I am extremely underwhelmed with their app!

Since this is a banking app we need the option to sign on using the Touch ID method, like NOW!!

Please fix this....It use to remember my user ID now it doesnt. Sorry but Im always on the go & this was convenient for me. Now I have to type the in all the time. I have no problems out of my other apps remembering this. This is the only one. Please fix & Ill give a 5 star.

The app works fine now the Ive reinstalled it. The suggestion I had was similar to my pay pal app and that addition of the Touch ID feature. Most of my app now use it and I think it would be a lot after and easier as well as more secure if you add that to the regions app. Adding Touch ID would again make it faster and just as secure.

How about fixing the issue with the password?!

For some apparent reason the option to save the username is not working. This is a really big inconvenience and hopefully something that can be resolved soon.

Every time I select the "Remember User ID" option it never does, requiring me to re-enter all of my information each time I log in.

You need to add Touch ID. Simple as that.

1.The iPhone has had a fingerprint scanner for 3 generations now. 2.In order to have your user id remembered, you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. 3. The interface is stuck is stuck on ios6. 4.Come on guys!

Horrible app from a so-so bank. Wish Capital One would open in Mississippi.

Updated: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it now will remember my username. I only wish I knew this months ago. Seems like this could have been fixed in an update instead of my hating this app for months.

After the last update, it says my device is not GPS enabled even though it is. Ive allowed location services and have given this app all the permissions it could possibly need, but it still does not work. I cant use mobile deposit at all, and thats a necessity. I honestly cant comprehend how its possible to have this bad of an app. Seriously. If it was 2010, Id be more understanding. Ive written more dependable apps than this in my FRESHMAN development courses. Are you guys in *this* much need of a development team? Do you just have an intern sitting in a corner on a Chrome Book trying desperately to figure something out while you throw bananas at him and tell him to dance? I legitimately cant grasp the fact that this app is worse than a Honda Enthusiast Forum from 1994.

I updated the app as requested. It now says it is waiting. This is going on over a week. I cant delete and reload because it is waiting. I guess I will wait until it self corrects or o get a new phone. Wow, Regions you really messed it up this time.

For sometime now, the app has been telling me I have no Wi-Fi or cellular network connectivity. My service is fine, and all my other apps work. Please fix your app regions.

Mobile app has stopped working since this last update. Uninstalling and reinstalled still did not fix.

Every week I delete and reinstall this HORRIBLE app because it wont remember my user name or the folders stop working or... WHATEVER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! You need a new app development team! Get it right!!!

This app would be awesome if it didnt crash/lag ... When it is up and working you can do all! Transferring is easy depositing and even payments but when your app crashes you cant do anything. Also the Touch ID (what is that) and I mean that in a way that it seems to never ever work if it doesnt work dont tease me with the option. Ps why cant it remember my ID even though I clearly slide the little tab over ... Like I said when it wants to work no problemo but its so sketchy I end up logging onto a actual desktop.

Come on Regions. Please fix this app. I have had nothing but issues with this app. Especially mobile deposits. And since there is only one branch in this whole town and the hours are worse than the Post office I will have to take extra time on my lunch, which of course is frowned upon by the people who write my checks, to go to the branch and do a deposit. This is absolutely pathetic. Get it together.

This app makes it very easy for me to manage my accounts. Ive also paid my mortgage using it which is a real life saver. The app has never crashed on me. I would recommend this to a friend.
