Uninstall

"Please uninstall and reinstall to fix problem"...I have NEVER had an app ask me to do that. Your update should fix my problem. I shouldnt have to go through 5 extra steps to fix your problem. Plus, it didnt even fix my problem (this is a theme).

I love Regions Bank, but come on! Your app would be impressive if it were 2002. Newsflash-its 2016. Talk to me after youve taken some pointers from Chase and Citis apps (*cough cough* TouchID, overall design, etc.)
