Deposit issue

When I go to deposit a check the camera is black and no way to capture a photo

App is garbage, and never works right. I can’t do instant deposit after an update and now I can’t even do a mobile deposit. So sick of regions!!!

App won’t always let transfer money when off WiFi

The last few weeks when we are at a store trying to make a purchase, the app won’t let us transfer money. We purposefully have two accounts to prevent stealing if card gets hacked. We have been doing this for years, never had a problem until last few weeks. If we are not on WiFi we can transfer money. It does it to me and my husband. Makes me want yo change banks because I can’t access my money to buy groceries.

Too Big

This bank is too big to have a personal relationship with. They treat you like a criminal every time you walk in. I’ve had my business account with them for 18 years and it took me over 7 days to get a problem solved. I was unable to use my business account for a whole week! This is unacceptable, especially when the problem was on their end, not mine.

App is easy to sign into. The directions are fairly intuitive. The changes are made instantly.

Constant Issues

The app is good for checking your account balance, but if you utilize Zelle or Bill Pay frequently it is almost never working properly in the app or on the website.

Won’t allow next day transfer

Error message says not enough $ when there is both in browser & App! 🤯👎🏻 It’s not just the app! It’s on their website! I’ve had accounts with them for 30 years & they won’t hire a webmaster that fixes issues. It’s been years & they still have issues with allowing customers to send messages due to the character error message although I didn’t use any of those characters. Now it says I don’t have the monies in my account to do an external transfer overnight but says I have enough to do a standard which they didn’t even send in the proper time ! Closing my accounts and finally leaving !

Jesus this is probably the worst banking app I have ever encountered in my life. Half the time the thing doesn’t even work and good luck ever using Zelle ahaha. Throw the whole bank away, better off using cashapp then this horsecrap

Makes my life easier

I truly utilize Regions app to the fullest. It’s so easy and simple to transfer money between my accounts and I’m able to use budgeting and analyzing to see where my money is going. I love their app.

Tracking every transaction in real time

I can track every online and in store transaction in real time and then lock my account. I love this feature. It makes me safe and secure while shopping.

Payments

When I make payments on my loan or credit card it will not credit automatically. It’s very frustrating and annoying to wait three or four days for it to credit the account especially when it comes out automatically from my checking account.

Very user friendly. I’d like to be able to name my accounts myself.

I love Regions after coming from Hells Fargo, regions workers are kind. Also when they say your money will be deposited next day it is. Unlike hells Fargo where they put a 7-10 day hold on my direct deposit

Disappointing

Used to exclusively bank at regions until an error in the app led me to believe incorrect information. Dinged my credit over a few bucks when I had more than enough in my checking account to pay off ($13 bill!) 100% on time payments to that point, with more than 20 years of history. Made no difference to them. Claimed all was well then updated the app to fix the issue. Disappointing.

App malfunction

App tents to freeze up on me, have to keep turning phone off to reset it.

Not for Mortgage

Regions bought my mortgage but the app never allows me to login, even with updated credentials. I have to go through the website and wait for verification emails to be sent… very slow and annoying.

App is great. The ease of use is superb. I can see all accounts on one page, small business and personal. Transferring to different accounts saves time, and therefore makes money. Easily check balances and rates. CSR at bank set everything up for me so I wasn’t sent home with some brochure to try and figure out.

Mobile App or websites will not open!

We just moved from Bank of America to Regions about 3 months ago. We are regretting this decision. We have continued to have issues with this app. It will not open. We also can not get on to any Regions Website from our laptop. What in the World is going on!? My husband or myself have not been able to access our accounts for 3 days this time! A few weeks ago it lasted for 7 days!! Before that it would be random days we couldn't get on. That is unacceptable. It's very frustrating. We have continued to go to the branch and they are of zero help! But what is funny is as soon as we walk into the branch the app opens! What is that all about?? We can see on different forums that this has been going on since at least 2013. I have called my carrier and all is good there. I have reached out to the 800# at regions and they have no idea either. We've deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned the phones, laptop off, restarted them but it doesn't help. I have no where else to turn for help with this. I don't want to change banks again! It's a ton off trouble to change everything over. We had BOA for 40 years and since mobile banking started we never once had an issue accessing our accounts with them. Why are we having this issue with Regions? I really wish someone at Regions would answer this question but no one seems interested enough to help us. I would like nothing better than to get this resolved. Like I said I do not want to change banks again but you leave me no choice if this doesn't get fixed. Can you help?
